“Matt Hamilton and his apprentice/daughter, Charlene were at my home about a month ago. I should have written this review that day!!! I was convinced I was probably going to have to install a new forced air heater. I had started to notice the heater ran almost constantly. Would shut off and restart after 6 minutes around the clock. A friend told me the heating element probably needed replacement. ANYWAY, after being here for maybe 1/2 hour or 40 minutes, I started to get nervous as to what the problem was. Turns out, the FILTER needed to be replaced!!!! Hell, he could have told me that the Johnson rod and the catalytic converter both needed to be replaced for $700 - I sure wouldn't have known any better (LOL). Total time and labor - $120.

He and his daughter were professional, honest, personable and MORE than helpful (came the very next day after my call, too)!!.

So in summary, what I'm saying is you may not be as lucky as I was for such a minor issue with the filter BUT if MATT says it's the JOHNSON ROD or the REAR STRUT, you can BELIEVE HIM!!!

I might have to write another review so I can give them 5 MORE STARS!!!

Scheduling with the office is a breeze, and I love the fact that they call as they are heading your direction and give you an ETA for which you can plan around. Jamil has been our technician for several years which I also appreciate that consistency, because he understands the layout of the house and where the units are and how to access the control panels and where. Jamil/the company work efficiently, are fairly priced, and provide great service that keeps my units running smoothly. For the random and in frequent scenarios, whereby they have a recommendation, they walk through the benefits of the recommendation and the downside risk of not doing the recommendation, but there is no hard sell either way, which I appreciate. Overall, I would highly recommend New Age Air for anyone looking to have new heating and/or cooling unit units installed, or a new service provider that you can rely on 100% of the time!“

“I would give 1,000 stars if I could. An honest family business, they help guide you on what you need to do, and are priced very fair. The son and father were outstanding at putting in a whole new oil furnace for us and later a hot water heater and ran pipes for a kitchen remodel. I highly recommend them. They are extremely courteous, honest, and even super clean when working.“

“I have owned the Heat4Less heater to reduce my heating bills since 2013! This is high quality and well made. I still have the same unit and it works fantastic. Originally we had used it as the sole heat source for a 1000 sq. Ft. Finished off basement. Now we use it to supplement heat a drafty ranch home built in the 50s. When it's too cold for our split mini system, this heater creates a warm and inviting environment in our home. It's 1100 sq. Ft.“
