Originally we had used it as the sole heat source for a 1000 sq. Ft. Finished off basement. Now we use it to supplement heat a drafty ranch home built in the 50s. When it's too cold for our split mini system, this heater creates a warm and inviting environment in our home. It's 1100 sq. Ft.“

“I would give 1,000 stars if I could. An honest family business, they help guide you on what you need to do, and are priced very fair. The son and father were outstanding at putting in a whole new oil furnace for us and later a hot water heater and ran pipes for a kitchen remodel. I highly recommend them. They are extremely courteous, honest, and even super clean when working.“

“Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning was referred to us by a neighbor. My neighbor really knows what he is talking about. Dan, the owner of the company interacts directly with customers by email, phone, and text. He is immediately responsive to service requests and provides rapid turn around between request and service techs showing up at your house. The service techs are friendly, polite, respectful of property and get the job done quickly and efficiently. The service techs' attitudes and performance are obviously reflective of the owner's business philosophy which appears to be very customer centered. We are extremely pleased with Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning. We wouldn't think of calling anyone else for service. We highly recommend them without hesitancy!

May 31st (Sunday) arrived and we had no hot water. I contacted Dan, the owner of Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning and told him of our dilemma. Within 2 hours the service tech, Mike arrived to check out our water heater. It was dead on arrival. We needed a new water heater and all the attachments that go with one. Within a half hour, Dan contacted us with the estimate and information regarding the system they would install the very next day. They arrived promptly on June 1st. Mike and his assistant, Will, draped all the floors and steps with drop cloths to protect our home. They made a point of being careful and respectful of our home. Within about 3 hours, the new system was installed and up and running. It only took a short while for us to have hot water restored to our home. The take away here is that Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning responds promptly to emergency calls and provides quick, efficient service installations and repairs. You won't regret calling them if you ever have a need for these services.“
