They are presently doing a remodel for me. I have found every person who has come to my home to work to be careful, kind, respectful and skilled! I really like this company and have actually contracted them to do a second remodel. I plan on using th again for more jobs!
I have/had a service contract with a different heating oil company and I called them to service my boiler and look at the corrosion around the hot water heating coil. Told me I needed a new boiler...
Called Longacres for a second opinion because I've used them for plumbing(toilet, mop sink install, and grinder ejector pump repair) and they've always done good work.
Had a technician out the next day. Didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and quoted me a price to replace the heating coil and gasket that failed and told me that my boiler was fine and should last me at least 15 more years.

We had a major plumbing project to do. Longacre's replaced all the ancient (1910) steel pipes from the curb and throughout the basement. The also added a water softener. They were very thorough and thoughtful, and while I'm glad we'll never have to do that job again, would call them again for new work. Thanks, Mike, John, and everybody!
2026 Had 1-year anniversary service for the water softener. Good experience.
