Hardy thank you for your quick response. I was never told that it was a possibility that if there was a emergency that you were able to reschedule within 24 hours. I see you take your customer service very seriously. If that clause was in the contract it was my fault for not reading it. Just a suggestion when the appointment is made it would be great if the person making the appointment mentions it. I was looking forward to working with your company since it is family owned. I changed my review to 4 stars for the quick response, I couldn't give you 5 because the was not completed.
Anthony showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the worksite afterward. Was both helpful and patient while we located the correct circuit breaker to turn off our well pump.
Connor came out and fixed our problem. While we stressed he handled it calmly and made us feel better about the situation. This young man needs a raise bonus ,and to be running the company.
