From the very first call to the installation of our new water softener, Xtreme did an excellent job. They showed up exactly when they said they would to provide a quote and were never pushy or high-pressure. It took me a little over a month to move forward with the project, and they still honored the original price without any issues. When the crew arrived, they were extremely respectful—wearing boot covers inside the house and laying down floor protection along their walking paths. They even went above and beyond by reconnecting some PEX to the original manifold to make sure we had good water pressure throughout the entire house. During the installation, Tyler stopped by to explain what was going on and to make sure everything was done correctly, even though the crew clearly knew what they were doing. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Xtreme.
