1624 South St, Philadelphia“I’ve been training at Control Lab for 2.5 years. I started training with Victor when my second child was a little over 6 months old!
I appreciated that Victor understood and took into account all of my fitness and strength goals! He formulates training sessions with all of those goals in mind, pushing me harder week after week! He’s extremely knowledgeable, keeps the sessions motivating, fun and challenging. Hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with.
But more importantly, Control Lab is a space for community and inclusivity. I love chatting with all of the trainers and clients who share the space during my sessions! It’s a little family!
If you’re looking for knowledgeable, quality personal training to reach your health and wellness goals, look no further!“
Open 24 today
Market Square Plaza, 7709 Crittenden St, Philadelphia“I use to workout at Planet Fitness . I liked that it was open 24hr. All most every Planet Fitness in my area , is now 5am to 11pm . The one that hasn't changed their hours, isn't truly 24hrs . I did a search for a 24r gym near me and I found AF . The owner is super nice and answered all my questions . I joined 3 days later. I had my first workout on a Sunday at 2:30 am . The gym has everything . Free weights, machines , cardio ,kettlebells , power racks , a deadlift platform and a jungle gym . What really made a good workout even better . An ex PF member was working out at the same time . We use to have to wait in the parking lot on Mondays ,until PF opened their doors. I wish I had joined sooner .“

managed. The staff are extremely professional, welcoming, and always ready to help every visit you’re greeted with respect and positive energy. The equipment is kept up to date, the weights are usually well organized, and the overall environment is neat and motivating. While a few members may occasionally leave equipment out of place, the staff does a great job maintaining order and cleanliness. Overall, this is a top-tier gym and a great place to train. Highly recommended.“

6AM - 8PM
255 S 17th St 2nd Floor, Philadelphia“I'm 33, getting older and worried about long term health, and was honestly a couch potato before I started here. I also have a bad shoulder, so I was nervous about getting into training at all. I figured I'd either tweak something or end up in over my head.
Matt Falkenberg has been my trainer and he's been awesome. He worked around the shoulder from the start, didn't push me into anything I couldn't handle, and built me up at a pace that actually made sense. I wanted to get in shape for camping and biking trips, and I'm finally there. Longer rides, full days outside, and I'm not wrecked the next morning.
The location is also a big reason it's stuck. Easy from South Philly, and easy from Center City after work too, which makes it way harder to come up with an excuse to skip.
If you're in Philly and thinking about it, especially if you're working around an injury or just trying to get off the couch, go see Matt at The Summit!!“
5AM - 9PM
926 N 2nd St, Philadelphia“I’ve been training at Maleek Jackson Boxing and Fitness for almost a year now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The coaches here are truly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in your growth, no matter your skill level. Whether you’re brand new to boxing or have years of experience, they make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported from day one.
Beyond the coaching, the community here is something special. Everyone pushes each other, respects one another, and wants to see each other improve. I’ve learned so much not just about boxing, but about discipline, confidence, and showing up for myself consistently.
This gym feels like more than just a place to train, it feels like home. If you’re looking for a boxing gym with elite coaching, a positive environment, and a real sense of community, this is the spot. Highly recommend.“
6AM - 6PM
117 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia“This is perfect for people who aren’t really “gym people,” like me. Whenever I go to a regular gym, I end up spending an hour and a half just waiting for machines or trying to figure out what to do. With time being so valuable, I really appreciate a structured 45-minute workout that actually lets you focus on working your muscles without the guesswork.
The classes are great because someone is guiding you through the workout, making sure your form is correct and helping modify exercises if needed. It makes the whole experience much less intimidating and a lot more effective.
I also really appreciate the customer service. Everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. My absolute favorite coach is Meg, but honestly the entire team has been wonderful.
Highly recommend if you want an efficient workout with a supportive environment.“
6AM - 8PM
1316 N Front St Commercial, Philadelphia“I've been training at T&N for a little over a year and it's been legitimately life changing. I spent a long time looking for a trainer who would concentrate on helping me get stronger and more mobile.
I've been working out with Casey, who has been pushing me to pick up weights and do exercises I never thought I'd be able to. I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been and I think that's 100% because Casey has created an incredible training program for me.“

602 S 2nd St, Philadelphia“Daniel and Joey are the best!
I truly recommend it to anyone who needs a close assistance workout program!“

“I’m so happy to be part of the G-strength community! It was exactly what I was looking for when I decided to join. I have always been active, but was feeling stagnant in my workouts. I wanted to focus on increasing weights, working on my form, and having some guidance too. Jared and Zach are both amazing coaches - it’s like having personal trainers! They always greet you when you walk in, the hour session is a maximum of 7 people (so never feels crowded), and they are there to assist you when you want it. I highly recommend G-strength to anyone looking to improve their strength and want a welcoming and encouraging space to do so!“
