Train & Nourish was exactly what I needed at this point in my life! The trainers are fantastic and the facility is sleek, organized and well stocked with just the right amount of equipment. Most importantly, I am so fortunate to meet with Katelyn on a twice weekly basis. She’s knowledgeable, strategic, patient, encouraging and genuinely fun to be around!

I’ve had a great experience at T&N Fishtown. Katelyn has been great with training me. I feel stronger. She knows exactly what my body needs, wants, and can handle. She is very diligent and knowledgeable while training.

All the instructors at train and nourish are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Carly F. is a great strength coach and has kept me challenged and engaged through all of our sessions! I highly recommend T&N Fishtown!
