Hi I want to give a shout out to the entire staff at Pennypack PA location. The manager Stephanie runs a tight ship! She always makes time to listen to the members with any comments or questions. Neil is second to none with his authentic nature insofar as staying friendly as well as professional at the same time. This team truly works well together, Also, Christian, Matthew, Brie and Greg, they mindful of the atmosphere in the gym, and always maintain themselves as professional when assisting multiple members at the front desk. Ty guys for being a asset to the community!

With Philly having so MANY PF locations, I can without a doubt say PF Pennypack is my go to! The typical morning staff are so welcoming and hardworking, constantly making sure the bathrooms are spotless, the disinfectants are always fully stock, Pennypack gym location always smells great and is so clean! Huge shout out to Angie, her smile is so welcoming and she is always so energetic in the morning. The morning supervisor Marco is very cheerful and encourages everyone that walks through the door. These two make this location warm and turn customer service up a notch, feels like family! Keep up the great work.
