Awesome boxing gym with great coaches that each provide a different variety of training! Whether you want more cardio or more technique, the coaches are very thoughtful and engaging in every workout!
I’ve been to a few boxing gyms and this one to me is the best I recently had a heart attack and Maleek went out of his way to make sure that I was taken of. I Really appreciate his kindness
Great gym for all skill levels from absolute beginners to advanced boxers. Maleek is a natural born teacher and you can sense that immediately. All the trainers/staff/members are really kind and welcoming, so you definitely get the feeling of community here, while also developing as a fighter and improving fitness.
