“My son has been coming to takeover sports since June of 2022 at the age of 12.He participates in the strength and Conditioning and Agility sessions.We have been Thrilled with this Club and love it.He spends at least 3.5 to 4 hours a week.They have a great schedule.My son plays a lot of sports and having the ability to work out for 2 hours on Sat or Sunday has been great for my son's busy schedule.Ryan and staff do a great job and we have seen significant improvement in my son's speed and strength.Ryan and trainers work closely with the youths to make sure they are working hard and are getting dividends on the hard work they are putting in.They have an app to track their workouts to make sure they are doing more or the most efficient workout. To sign up kid up for the sessions there is an app for that which is really easy.It goes a long way knowing and trusting the people that are working with my son have an interest in my son succeeding and bettering him.The club puts this into action.The club also help worked with my son coming back from sports injury.Ryan worked things out with my son’s PT getting him back to his routines.There is no doubt Ryan, and the club has a passion for helping the kids.I see that from conversation with Ryan, my son and seeing the firsthand results in my son’s improvement.We also receive weekly emails from Ryan on key topics regarding technical aspects of strength and condition and you can see the passion from tone of emails and information is great and useful.If you are looking for a great place to improve your son or daughters speed, strength and Agility, this is a great place to come and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.“

We started our journey 10 weeks post partum with our first son, throughout my entire second pregnancy and post partum season, and this past year, through a challenging breast cancer journey which included chemo, surgery and radiation. Throughout every phase, Ashley was there to support me - not only physically but mentally. Our private work outs are always personalized (and on zoom since I relocated from Philly now), and I love having the weekly group zoom class to see my dearest work out partners across the community she has built. Ashley went above and beyond this year to educate herself with oncology and chemo/active treatment and studied how that impacts our work outs together. I always look forward to our time together. She has taught me how to appreciate my body throughout transitional times of pregnancy and beyond, and pushes me to be stronger every day. I cannot recommend her enough as a skilled, supportive trainer and thoughtful, incredible coach to have as you navigate motherhood and life.“

I started taking classes while in a boot with a broken foot, and was given modifications so that I was still able to get great workouts in. Matt, Pat, and all the instructors are amazing. You don't get the feeling that they are trying to nickel and dime you, but rather that they really want to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Love both locations. Definitely give it a try.“

I use to dread going to the gym and viewed it as a chore but since switching to Steelworks it’s been fresh and exciting. Everyday holds something different. They push you to be better than yesterday and use fun and creative different exercises. I have loved my experience so far and would recommend this place to anyone!“

818 Corinthian Ave, Philadelphia“My wife started to going to Corefit back when we first started dating and got me to tag along to a few of their workout classes at the Art Museum steps. I was not a big fan of working out but with Corefit I started to enjoy it because they made it fun and it felt like you were part of a community. My wife and I continued to be involved with them for many years to come. Fast Forward to 2020 we were looking to workout but in a safe way due to the pandemic. One of the Owners/Trainers Lauren Krinis started to give us a private workout once a week. She was great at coming up with new exercises and also providing modifications for exercises if something was too difficult or if your back was bothering you that day and you did not want to hurt it.For my wife and I's third wedding anniversary I wanted to do something that my wife and I enjoy doing but haven't done in a while which is work out with Lauren. The third anniversary gift is leather. So I told Lauren that I was going to purchase a leather medicine ball to incorporate in the workout. She loved the idea and helped me pick out the right weight and she planned our workout around it. She once again went above and beyond by having us finish the workout by running a lap around the track and then when we came back she had our wedding song playing and a bottle of Champagne to celebrate. It is the personal touches like this that make a company like Corefit stand out, they really do treat their clients not as clients but as family!If you are looking to get involved in working out I can not recommend Corefit enough! They are always doing fun things to make working out not feel like a chore but something you enjoy doing while having fun. They are always planning fun events like a slip-n-slide boot camp, BYOP (bring your own pumpkin) boot camp, beach boot camp, and many others.“

“Launchpad Fitness changed my life! I have never been a big fitness/workout person, but I heard about it through a friend and decided to try a class. The first class is free -- so why not?It was amazing! The workout is challenging but the instructors offer lots of versions of each move so you can pick the level of difficulty that's right for you. I started coming every week, and I have turned into a fitness JUNKIE.I don't recognize myself. I used to hate push ups and burpees and wall sits, but now I LOVE them. I used to have neck and shoulder pain and went to physical therapy and had to do boring exercises that I loathed. I don't have pain anymore because I have developed so much strength from going to Launchpad fitness, and it's really fun.It's a small gym so it's really about community and relationships. The instructors are really personal and caring. I see the same people in classes every week, and now they are my friends. We all cheer each other on, groan together, and support each other.The first time I missed a class after going for a few weeks in a row, Kelly sent me a message asking if I was ok. I let her know I was sick, and she offered to run to the pharmacy and get me anything if I needed it.One time, I showed up to class after a rough day, and Tamara hugged me while I cried and helped me use my work out as an emotional release.It's not just a business; it's a family. I'm not just working out; they've transformed my body and my attitude towards fitness.“
