Last year, I set a personal goal of wanting to become a runner, and about six months into that journey, I decided to try adding strength training to my routine. At the recommendation of a friend, I joined G Strength, and I can say with total confidence that it not only impacted my running, but all aspects of my physical and mental health. I put off starting strength training for a long time, sure that I would find the atmosphere to be intimidating. I’m so glad that I found G-strength! After my first day, it was clear that this was a super welcoming place for anyone at any level. Daniel has been a great coach and teacher. I feel like I have all of the benefits of a private coach but in a more fun, social atmosphere! Almost 2 years in, I am stronger and still happy to come in every week.

It's a great environment to motivate you and challenge… read full review
