Matt Falkenberg has been my trainer and he's been awesome. He worked around the shoulder from the start, didn't push me into anything I couldn't handle, and built me up at a pace that actually made sense. I started training with Mike because I wanted to tone up and lose weight. At the time, I was a cardio-only girl and honestly intimidated by the weight room.
