“Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.
Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.

They truly went above and beyond the call and i will 100% be using Goodman plumbing from here on out, I’ll also be requesting Zac and Brandon as they also were very kind to my extremely old cat, taking little moments to pet him as they passed by. I needed new sewage drain pipes, which meant breaking up the basement floor and digging three separate trenches—one for rerouting the laundry drain, another for fixing a floor drain that was connected to a broken pipe, and a third to replace some old terra cotta pipe under the floor. Eli and Caden handled the job and did fantastic work. Eli did the initial visit, explained everything clearly, and then came back as the lead plumber for the project. Both of them worked hard and were very polite. Whenever I stopped by to check out the progress, they took time to explain what they were doing. They even asked me to look over the work before they filled in the trenches, which made me feel included and confident about the repairs. I had heard from others that having your basement floor dug up for plumbing can make the whole house a mess, but that didn’t happen here. The team sealed off the basement with plastic, kept the area clean, and swept up several times as they worked. Of course, a job like this is always a little messy, but they kept it much cleaner than I expected. The finishing work was also well done. It’s obvious the floor was repaired, but the cement work looked really good. Eli even redid some cement around an outdoor trough for the downspout, and the results were excellent. Both guys were friendly and easy to talk to, and I actually enjoyed having them around. I even got a little sad when the project was done! They appreciated the easy ground-level access to the basement, and I made sure not to use the plumbing while they had it shut off.
