“Starting from the very first phone call to the scheduling of the work, Stacey was amazing! Such a professional with some great humor as well.

So we had an old oil furnace, AC and water heater replaced with a new high efficiency heat pump system. The team sowed up first thing in the morning, ripped out the old and put in the new IN ONE DAY!!!! Joe, Justin and the guys were very professional and worked non stop.

Before they left everything was cleaned up and they made sure everything was up and running to our satisfaction!

“I had an issue with the mini split system that the previous owner of my house bought from Horizon last year. John was able to come out to my house right away and he found my issue (a leaking fitting) very quickly.

“My basement flooded Friday night and was able to schedule the next day for someone to come by. They called confirm the appointment Saturday morning. They came later than the window, but explained that there was an emergency situation. I was just happy that they communicated and still came. During the appointment, the technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He let me watch him work and explained the process as he was working. It rained for a short while during the appointment but Zach did a good job even with the impending storm. We ended up running into a problem he couldnt fix, but he gave me good resources and advice on next steps with contacting the city and also scheduling a meeting with more experienced consultants with zoom drain the following week. Overall a very good service, and would commend our technician Zach specifically for really good customer service“
