One of the owners (I forgot to get his name) came out today for my clogged sink with an assistant.They put booties on to protect my floor which I appreciated! He went over everything and told me the starting price which was a flat fee for my sink. Went over everything, explained what could be happening and fixed part of the pipe for me.The invoice was sent to me via email before they left so I could write a check.Great service !
Everyone was very professional, and collaborated with our management company and tenant. I spoke to Steve the owner and expressed concern because a heavy rain storm was coming the next day. He was attentive to our concern and sent his staff out immediately. They were able to unclog the sewer with a water pressure device. Highly recommend!!
Steve Martino was awesome. Would highly recommend this company. He’s a true professional and knows his stuff. Within 20 minutes of him being here he diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution for me. I felt more at ease with a plan. I will be a returning customer. Thank you, Steve.
