Had an emergency as my water heater decided to go and flood my basement at 1:30 in the morning. Called the 24hr emergency line and got an answer and FaceTime to help me stop the water.
They came out the next morning and installed a new water heater. From the time they arrived and completed the job was 2 hours and they needed to go out and get the new water heater. The only negative issue was that my entire laundry room was filled with black sludge that was not there before the new heater was installed and no one said anything about it being there when they were done.
Aside from that small issue I would utilize them again.
My girlfriend and I just bought a home in Delaware County that had old and beat up plumbing in the basement that appeared to be on its final legs. We weren’t sure who to call regarding this as first time HomeOwners, but with a quick Google search, my GF came across Done Right Plumbing & Heating so we called. Blaise came out a few hours after and was incredibly knowledgeable, cordial and answers any questions we had. Blaise and his team team came out a few days later and put in brand new PVC piping within the day and made little to no mess doing so. They were quick and efficient and now have our business in the future as well.
