I'm so glad I found this plumber! My toilet started leaking, so I spent the morning calling around to plumbers in the area. Some didn't pick up. Some weren't available today. One gave me a time estimate (before asking my address) and a price (before coming to look at the problem), and told me I needed to pay upfront before he'd come out at all.
Then I called iFixdit. He picked up right away. I told him the problem and where I lived and he said he could come by to look at it today. I mentioned I was thinking about just replacing the toilet since it's been giving us trouble, but he said he could fix it instead, saving me hundreds of dollars.
