“My yard drain was clogged. James Fay was recommended to me so I called. I got a return call within 30 minutes and Terry was at my home within 2 hours. Initially he could not unclog the drain from the yard but after examining the pipes in the basement he was able to open the cap and snake through until the line was clear. I found everyone professional. Thank you for this quick turn around. I will definitely use the company again, should the need arise, and also highly recommend them.“
