He was prompt, friendly, and explained things well before making the repair to our HVAC system's transformer that got the system working again. He even stayed for a short while after he worked on the electrical components to ensure the system began cooling properly and that the thermostat was again receiving power from the system appropriately.“

“Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.
Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.

They truly went above and beyond the call and i will 100% be using Goodman plumbing from here on out, I’ll also be requesting Zac and Brandon as they also were very kind to my extremely old cat, taking little moments to pet him as they passed by. It’s things like this that make me confident that i can put my trust in this company.

“Asked for first appointment of the day. Technician called at 6:50 AM said he was going to arrive at 7:30 AM . Same service technician that was here in the Fall. Professional,competent and courteous. We renewed our annual contract for Spring and Fall. Excellent company and we intend to continue to be one of their many happy customers.“

“We were getting water into our breaker box, and Eric came out at 9pm on a Saturday night to check it out and set up time to replace the box and fix the issue for the next day.

They had 2 guys out there the next day and had everything taken care of within about 6 hours.

They had to cut out part of the wall around the breaker box, but they mudded it up and cleaned up well after themselves!

Both of them were kind and competent. They took time to explain what was going on and even though it was an emergency, they didn’t charge emergency rates.
