“Will was my electric technician who came today to inspect my apartment. He was warm and friendly and clearly knew his stuff! He did a thorough check of all outlets, examined my breaker panel and was even kind enough to replace a high hat bulb that I couldn’t get to! He made his recommendations without giving me a hard sell - I really appreciated that! There was one breaker that clearly was not adequate (he believed to my water heater) so he replaced that. He also explained that the whole circuit breaker system was in need of replacement - looking at it closely I could tell it’s old! I’m planning on renovating my bathroom and kitchen so when the time comes to do that, I’ll call you guys to come in and put in a new box. “I truly can't say enough good things about this company! Really quick response time, very caring staff, and impeccable craftsmanship. They were always upfront about where they saw issues in our home and checked in later in the month to make sure everything was still ship shape. A bit more detail about what we had done - Our house had some sort of pest in the ceiling that was driving our cats and dog crazy. We had an exterminator come, but he was useless, saying that we would have to wait for the vermin to die in the ceiling and to let the smell dissipate once it died. :/ Thankfully, we then called Mike. He agreed that the exterminator's plan was not optimal, and, after discussing options, he cut a hole in the ceiling to install a humane trap and put a cover over the hole that looks like it had always been in the house. He checked all places a rodent could get in, literally from the roof to the foundation, and patched all holes. There was flashing that was peeling off around our roof that he fixed, and huge holes in our basement that led to the backyard, as well as our hoarder neighbor's house. Mike and his crew worked around my hectic schedule, came within 24 hours to set up traps, and removed anything that was caught. It is apparent how much Mike and Evolution care about their customers, and we are grateful to have people we can trust in our home. Thanks to their efforts, our home is now pest free!“

Philadelphia Gas and Electric HVAC Services has once again surpassed my expectations with their response time and performance.
The first time was a failing Boiler. This time a failing AC. There are four infants living in this home and I was very concerned about their health in this heat. It was obvious Lucas the tech is extraordinarily experienced, skillful, thorough. He assessed the system and issues, explained the process and had the system running efficiently, offered basic recommendations to improve the system’s performance that anyone can understand and implement. Great Job Lucas Thank you.
