“Our hot water heater stopped working and and I called Feehan Plumbing. They had a cancellation and a tech was available to come to our house within an hour. He trouble shot the heater and got it fired up again. The HWH tripped off again later that afternoon, after business hours. The answering service forwarded my message and I got a call back from Tommy Feehan. He explained that the HWH should be replaced as it was 13 years old. He emailed me a professional estimate with a reasonable price and a credit for the first service call. He scheduled the job for the first stop the next morning. The two techs did a great job and they even put down a drop cloth to keep our floors clean. Bravo Zulu. Also Feehan Plumbing replaced our main sewer line when we sold our old house 4 years ago and did a great job!“

“The Hempseys are lifesavers!!! I called them at about yesterday 3/4/24 7:48 am and 2 trucks we at my house by 9:45 am. I have babies in the house and there was water backed up in my basement. I was impressed by their swift assessment and correction of our issues. They were transparent with us about pricing which was fair and exactly what they quoted actually about $100 less than anticipated which was welcomed in a pinch. They also coordinated with West Deptford Township seamlessly. Today 3/5/24 there is no water in my basement and all functions seem to be working properly. They even directed us on follow-up. “Andy came on time, did the job the right way for the long term (rather than what would have got him finished sooner but made future work on the valve harder), took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, and left the site clean. I've worked with any number of plumbers over the last 40 years, and Andy stands out. Plus, he charged a sincerely honest rate, less than half of what another firm had bid on the same job. It's tempting to try and keep Andy a secret and not post this review, but he was so straight with me that I'd be ashamed to not play it straight with him. Would highly recommend his services.“
