My AC drain line was leaking water into my garage, so I called for plumbing service right away. The office staff was very polite, friendly, and truly cared about getting the issue handled quickly. They called me back within about 15 minutes and let me know two plumbers were already on the way to take care of the leaking drain. Ricky and Mike arrived promptly, were very professional, and explained clearly what was causing the drain problem and how they planned to repair it. I use Joshua & Sons Plumbing often for plumbing and drain work, and I once called asking for Ricky without saying who I was. Like I expected, there was no Ricky working there, and that person had never been to my home. My own experience has been very different and very positive. Whenever I need a plumbing quote, whether for sewer, drain, or gas line work, the estimate I get is often a little higher than what I actually end up paying. What I appreciate most is that there are no surprise add-on charges once the job is underway. Joshua & Sons Plumbing has been a dependable plumbing company to work with. I had a question about advice from one of the plumbers about using a space heater in the crawl space to help with a frozen pipe, and I asked for a call back. Even though it was after business hours, Mike called me within minutes, which really showed how seriously they take customer concerns. During a stretch of very cold weather, I sent a late-night email when my sink would not drain.
