Another local company came to check out the issue and, after saying they'd get back to us with an estimate, they instead completely ghosted us. He gave me a quote on site and we scheduled service for two days later. The guys got here first thing this morning and, three and a half hours later, everything is flowing beautifully and looks good as new.
