“Jacob and Ben were courteous, professional, and efficient during their half a day long installation of a new furnace and a/c unit. My husband had constant work calls right next to where they were dismantling/installing the furnace and they tried their best to be quiet, which wasn't necessary, but it did not go unnoticed and unappreciated. They were both sweet to my big loud dog who does not know a thing about personal space or how to use an inside voice. Some things are different from our old system, so we were provided a thorough explanation of changes and what to do if certain things go off. We are so pleased to have chosen Lowry as a whole; their appointment setter was so kind and friendly on the phone and Frank was quick in his assessment and quote sending. Thanks to the swiftness of the whole Lowry team, we now have heat again, just in time for Thanksgiving!“
