We have standing water in our basement floor. TLC sent out a technician to assess the issue and he did so at no cost. As the issue didn’t end up being a drain or plumbing issue there was no charge!
Nick took the time to make a proper assessment and even scoped our main drain line to make sure. The honesty and dedication that TLC provides is refreshing.
We called TLC and they were out within the hour. The tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly. He explained the issue, in detail, showed us the picture of the roots, and explained possible next steps if needed. He was polite, well organized, and we appreciate the quick response time and service. Highly recommend TLC!
The initial review of service and settlement after a plumbing failure and damage was reassuring.
