I can’t believe how exceptional the customer service was! Not only did I get pleasant, helpful people answering the phone right away, but they were able to provide service within three hours of my call!
I had an insect problem at my house, and they came right out and took care of it immediately. The technician was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable.
Although I hope I never have another insect problem, I would be happy to deal with them again in the future!
Hernan came out today for an AC split that mice had decided to move into. He repaired and sealed up the outside where they came in, took apart the unit inside and made sure the critters were evicted. He knew exactly what he was doing, was efficient and super nice. A HUGE thank you for giving me peace of mind that the room is mouse free!
John is always professional checks everything thoroughly. We went with Carney about a year ago it’s been a great experience. They come out quarterly or if you need them sooner they come within a day or two. I highly recommend Carney all season . I also pd a flat fee the first time and I’m on a monthly with them which I recommend bc they will come as much as you need them.
