Quick appointment for a clogged shower. Our assigned plumber, Mr. Peacock, was thorough and professional, did a fantastic job solving the issue and fastidiously cleaned up any mess from the work. Would recommend highly.
Absolute 5 star experience with Tom. He showed up promptly after our hot water heater stopped working and helped me quickly understand the problem and options that I had available. Beyond that, he was genuinely kind and friendly. He even went out of his way to say hi to my little kids on his way in and out of the house. I was shocked at how efficiently he was able to replace my entire hot water heater on the spot ! The only thing I did is hold the door for him on the way out. Tom is truly a professional and it comes across in his work and his kindness. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Len the Plumber. My technician, Joseph, was prompt, and very good about explaining the services needed, as well as the costs involved. I was very happy with his job in replacing our water heater.
