Curt, the owner of the company, reached out directly to apologize for the late response and the time it took them to get back to us.I sincerely believe this was a one-off omission and that it doesn't reflect the way they would normally handle customer service.We worked it out, and I am willing to give them another chance next time we have a plumbing requirement given.Background:We recently had Rooter come to our property to fix a leak in our bathtub faucet caused by the cartridge.This cartridge had already been replaced by Rooter just over a year ago.Based on Rooter's 2 year warranty we thought that the repair was...read full review

From start to finish, the process was absolutely seamless! I called with an emergency and a plumber was at my door in 20–30 minutes. The issue required another technician and he arrived on the job immediately. They diagnosed the issue almost instantly and had the job done in no time! The customer service was outstanding, and the work done was fast and efficient. Job well done gentleman! Highly recommended!

The Mr. Rooter team were great to work with. They were on time, very professional, and in constant communication both before and after the job. We did a powder room refresh and they made it an easy and simple process. They made sure that the job was done right and we were very happy with the results.
