Both Steve H. and Steve B. represent your company well! They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me without making me feel pressured or rushed. I would definitely recommend your company to others.
I had an amazing plumber who came out his name was Stephan and he showed up on time cleaned my sewer he explained everything and was very patient with my super clogged system I hope they give him a raise he’s the best forget the rest. Definitely call his employer back if anything happens in the future!!!
Needing a new Sewer Line we researched more than a few contractors to complete this work. A guy a few miles from us charged us $400 to run a camera and said he would take it off the bill then decided we didn’t need a new line. I’ll post more about that dude on his page but let’s get to Valdel Plumbing.From the beginning they were professional and courteous. Valdel sent a polite and knowledgable technician to our home. He listened, wore shoe coverings, and explained the process of discovery. He diagnosed the issue, explained the process of installing a new Sewer Line, and then handed us a quote which we discussed.
