I call this company with the need to fix a pretty nasty kitchen sink clog. I did all of the above to no avail and realized I had to bite the bullet and call someone. In 20 minutes TEK shows up and uses a device it doesn't make sense to own unless you're a pro. Roughly an hour later the nastiest grease clog is fixed. Tek is an excellent young professional, and I can't but can't wait to use Heiland for my next plumbing issue.
