We had a great experience with Bradley's Plumbing & Water Heaters. Our water heater failed, and the warranty company arranged for service to inspect and repair it. seth came out the next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got our water running again while we waited for the new unit. He returned the following day to install the new water heater, even on a weekend, which really helped our household. seth was very professional, showed up on time, explained the plumbing work in simple terms, and was honest about the pricing and what the warranty covered. updated post: at first i was frustrated because i had two plumbing leaks, one in the shower and one at the toilet, plus a separate clogged drain. scheduling the visit was hard in the beginning, but it ended up being an issue with the home warranty system, not Bradley's Plumbing & Water Heaters. once julian arrived with the crew, they got right to work. they found the leaking shower pan, replaced the needed parts, cleared the drain blockage about 3 feet down the line, and sealed around the toilet base to fix that problem too. after a few days everything was still working well, and i could finally use my own bathroom and shower again. the whole repair felt thorough and...read full review
