Today I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent plumber Mr. Bobby Burkle. He was courteous and took great pride in his appearance as well as his work. He was attentive, patient and listened to all my plumbing problems. I was very impressed by his extensive knowledge. He offered me various solutions to address my plumbing issues. Mr. Burkle was able to open up my pipes in my dual utility sinks. I can now do my laundry without my tubs overflowing and having to mop the floor countless times. I’ve been a Donnelly’s customer since I moved to PA almost years ago and they have been a class act since day one. This time when I called I had a huge issue my older home needed its well pump replaced along with locating the well head/ submersible pump in my large front yard; my water was spotty and I was feeling stressed. Derrik A and Kyle came out and figured out the issue immediately and had everything to my house in lightning speed. They both kept me updated on what was going on, they were kind, empathetic and helpful when I needed things explained. It can be an overwhelming experience when big expenses come up but Derrik was so supportive of showing me the breakdown of what everything was and my options. Derrik and Kyle were outside hand digging and then with an excavator to find my old lines and the temperatures were high they just kept pushing themselves to get the job done. It’s clear they enjoy their work and have a passion for it and the company they work for is great. I greatly appreciate Derrik and Kyle for everything they did and will always recommend Donnelly’s.
