My husband had constant work calls right next to where they were dismantling/installing the furnace and they tried their best to be quiet, which wasn't necessary, but it did not go unnoticed and unappreciated. They were both sweet to my big loud dog who does not know a thing about personal space or how to use an inside voice. Some things are different from our old system, so we were provided a thorough explanation of changes and what to do if certain things go off. “Dave is honest, thorough, and pleasant. I can’t recommend highly enough.

He was able to apply a simple and cost effective fix to our older exterior unit and now our AC is blowing better than anytime since we purchased our house 9 years ago. This was also after a larger company’s tech told my wife we needed an entire replacement of both systems and sent a salesman to grease me up before a quote that was about 175% the average price in my neighborhood.

Dave came and showed me the wiring issue. The other tech would’ve absolutely seen the frayed wire, as it was visible as soon as the cover was off.

I will now use Dave for every HVAC service I need moving forward, including replacement when that becomes necessary.“

They sent this company out, they came out twice (once was when they came out before there scheduled time) which is good but I missed it so it was rescheduled. Second time around it was on point the tech came out figured out the problem & it was fixed with in an hour & 1/2. Very nice guy and professional.“

“Kitchen sink was blocked up and Zoom (bought out by Stellar Brands which is info potential customers should be aware of) said that much of the new kitchen would have to be dismantled and every company I contacted re that said the quartz countertop would likely not survive, nor would the floor. The house is on a slab and it looked to be an ex-pensive and very destructive process since no one, not even a professional pipe finding outfit, could tell where the pipe went.

On the advice of Chatgpt, I hired a project manager and he came up with a plan to reroute the pipe and enlisted Ab-bey to do the work. Part of the kitchen did need to be dis-assembled but in a relatively minor way. Abbey laid new pipe under the cabinets, jackhammered the concrete floor from the corner of the kitchen, along the dining room wall and connected it to the powder room pipe, then recement-ed the area.

The reason no one could find the pipe is because it is Or-angeburg, not iron. Orangeburg was produced during WWII when there was an iron shortage and it is basically made up of whatever was lying around at the time and any war years – 1948 – house like mine is likely to have used that so be advised, it is not good.
