I heard the sound of water running like a faucet. I came down to the basement to see a water softener apparatus spouting water all over the floor. Avanti was easy to reach in this emergency, and their response time was really fast! Their technician was friendly, and after evaluating the situation, he explained to me the exact work he planned to do and the reasons why. I was glad to actually understand the problem and exactly what was required to fix our complicated pipe setup, (and stop the leak.) I also appreciated the forethought when he asked where would be a good place to hold the possibly messy water softener he would need to move after removing it from the wall....read full review

Adam was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I understood. He came and replaced our sump pump motors and replaced a piece he didn’t feel comfortable with leaving,. Very niceServices: Shower repair
