“This morning I woke up at 5:15 am realizing it was super cold in the house. Outside temperature was 26° and my heater must of turned off during the night ?. I called ARTISAN’S HOME SERVICES and they sent out Justin first thing in the morning to diagnosed my heating problem with his electronic devices. He pinpointed the problem exactly and replaced only what was broken. I was happy with the work and that he didn’t try to upsell me on a new heating unit like most company’s would these days. “I called Plumbing Solutions at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I discovered a small hole in my refrigerator’s water line, which was causing water to leak down into my basement. I spoke with Greg and he was the only local company willing and able to fit me in that evening to install a new and much stronger water line. He is a really knowledgeable plumber and he takes the time to ensure his work is done right. Had I called a much larger company and deemed it an emergency call, they would have tacked on an additional emergency charge, but he didn’t charge any more than his normal rate, which was more reasonable than other plumbers I have used in the past. I have found my regular plumber for future needs!“

“Had a clogged sewer line in an apartment building so this was an emergency. Response time was good. The working conditions in the basement were difficult to say the least. The first TLC truck that arrived had mechanical issues so the technician, Alex, called for another truck. He was very apologetic. While waiting for the truck, Alex immediately got the manual snake out and began snaking the line. He was able to remove the clog after much effort and ran the camera through. When the second truck arrived, they jetted the line. It was great team work! Hugh shout out to Alex for his extra efforts! Pricing is expensive but they were thorough. The techs were very friendly!“
