I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Chris!! Water started pouring out of our drop ceiling & into the living room. Chris came right out (even after I put him on hold!!) & went to the upstairs neighbor (after they stated they had no water running) took pictures & assessed the issue & was very kind & straightforward. Chris and his crew (Francisco and Brian) do excellent work! I recently had a kitchen remodeling job that included a new sink and faucet (+ plumbing) and tile backsplash (with electrical work), and Chris project managed and delivered the whole thing perfectly from start to finish. He had a ton of advice when we were just starting to think about remodeling, answered all our questions as he scoped and estimated the job, and executed the job perfectly during installation week. They even left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I will call Chris for any future plumbing/electrical/hardware/whatever difficult house jobs. I trust his expertise.
Had a gas leak on a Sunday night. Called Chris after a Google search, he answered the phone and came right out. Problem was identified and fixed that night. He was fair and honest. Sunday night emergency call after the local FD and Peco were out I was prepared for a hefty bill, but Chris was very reasonable and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. He has gained a customer with any plumbing or remodel projects I have down the road and I will recommend him out to my clients when needed as well.
