“Ac check up. Everything was great except I had to ask the tech if our Remi Halo was working well. He then informed me the bulb was dead. I’m puzzled why he didn’t tell us. He then said the bulbs are several hundred dollars. Ok. I asked what bulb we need, and he said he’d have to check what system we had. RSC put that system in so I thought he would check it. We opted to get the bulb ourselves because your price seemed very high. Other than that, visit seemed fine.”
