“Our A/C unit stopped working tonight. As I was out getting a new filter, my wife contacted them at about 830 on a Sunday night. Someone answered the phone and gave a few suggestions. When I got home from the store I did everything they told me and it still wasn't working. Called them back and they said they would send someone out. This is the night before the extreme heat starts.
