“Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“

“They’re just really good people. Local family owned business. They installed a high efficiency furnace and hot water tank five years ago and the system has run flawlessly since. They took their time and did a really good job. Had a minor equipment issue with the hot water tank’s thermostat going out a few weeks ago and they were out the next day. They didn’t even charge me for the new thermostat, even though it was a manufacturer issue and not an install issue. Very reasonable and honest people. Highly recommend!“

“Ryan, Seth and his team were amazing to work with.
After converting to gas, they installed central air with multiple zones in my house. They removed and disposed of all the old oil system (furnace, tank, etc.) and then they fit the new system so perfectly. They even moved my hot water heater just to make it all fit in the perfect space!
Honestly the most professional company I have worked with.
Price was in line with everyone else, but the service, communication, work ethic and quality was worth way more.
Can't say enough and definitely recommend them to everyone.
