“Very friendly, communicated arrival details well, and was very informative about the water tests.”
Anthony & Sons Plumbing
“Most of these reviews seem tied to home warranty plumbing claims. I’ve had a home warranty for several years, and from my experience, most of the delays and confusion usually come from the warranty company, not the plumbing contractor. They often make the process hard, and not many plumbers even want to work through that system. When my water heater stopped working, Anthony & Sons Plumbing contacted me quickly right after the holiday and sent out norman. There was some back and forth, but that was because of the warranty company, not the plumber. He stayed patient through the whole process, explained the repair steps clearly, and never let the situation become stressful for me. The service was professional, honest, and the work on the water heater was done well. It really felt like a trustworthy plumbing team that cares about doing the job right and not overcharging customers.”
