I have been a long time customer of Haller (over 18 years). I called Monday am to report a leaking water heater and the coordinator sent a technician to my house at 12:00 noon. Within five minutes Shane Kiefer diagnosed the leak and why the tank was leaking. I was hoping it could be repaired as the heater was less than five years old. Well long story short, Shane explained what happened and what he recommended. I ended up ordering a new water heater and a new water softener and whole house filter. We were kept informed as to when Nate would arrive. We are grateful for his recommendation for installing a surge protector. He gave us all the reason for one but was in no way pushing to have us buy it. He tried to get the solenoid we needed so all the work would be done that day. He reviewed the results of his inspection and answered all our questions. Haller is fortunate to have Nate in their company.

Fall maintenance checkup for the heat pump and air handler installed Oct 2022. Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Showed Ryan the condensation line hookup and he did not like the way it was installed and took a photo of it to show the install leads. We received a phone call later that evening and will be coming back to reinstall it the way it should have been. Ryan went above and beyond to satisfy our concern.
