We had a great experience with the Home Comfort Team. From the original meeting with Andre to the final end of the installation. Corey and Nate worked through rain downpours to finish our installations in a timely manner. Mike assisted them on the final day. Also Jackie in the office kept us informed of all of the rebate correspondences that she handled at her end. Shout out to all that made this installation a success. We definitely picked the best company to perform our heating and air conditioning transformation!
Tony came to service our heat pump. He was friendly very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He let me watch him as he cleaned the unit very professional all the way. Will ask for him when we service our unit in the future. Tony is an excellent service person honest and answered all my questions. In the past other service places tried to get me to replace things that weren’t needed at all. Thank you Tony.
We had Leak in our kitchen. Greg came to help us out, He was there the same day we called. And was early, Determined very quickly where the problem was. Did a great job, addressed a few other smal problems. Would definitely recommend him. THANK YOU GREG.
