Very satisfied with their work, they Installed New A/C and Furnace for us, and the outside unit as well. Came on time, finished the job with less than 3 hours. Very professional. I Highly recommend their service.
I had Groffs install a full electric panel and wire a detached garage and would give 3.5 stars overall. There was a few areas with questionable workmanship, and I feel as if the soil that was removed could’ve been put back better. The contract did say “Final grade and re seeding of grass performed by others” but again, I do feel that a better job could’ve been performed in this area. The installers also were not on time (15-30min late) each day of install work. With that being said, the installers were very nice and respectful and did an excellent job in the garage itself. We had a great experience with the Home Comfort Team. From the original meeting with Andre to the final end of the installation. Corey and Nate worked through rain downpours to finish our installations in a timely manner. Mike assisted them on the final day. Also Jackie in the office kept us informed of all of the rebate correspondences that she handled at her end. Shout out to all that made this installation a success. We definitely picked the best company to perform our heating and air conditioning transformation!
