Great experience with Frey Lutz, from the initial conversation with our sales rep, Joe, all the way through installation. We were able to get an installation date in less than a week from when we signed the contract and Joe even dropped off window units to keep us cool until our new central AC could be installed, which was a lifesaver in 90 degree weather.
