“I've used TempChek for two hotels and they've offered great service for me so far. I've utilized them for HVAC work as well as repairs on ice machines. Their guys are really friendly and professional. They seem to know a great deal about what they're doing and have always left me pleased with the result. I don't get the impression that TempChek cuts corners. Ashlyn in the office has always been super friendly and helpful to getting me answers to any questions that I've had. They've been very easy to do business with so far and I don't plan on having them do less work for us. Our buildings are grateful for the great service.“
“My furnace quit during a cold snap right before Christmas week when I was expecting a houseful of guests. The owner, Chuck responded instantly and sent Dave, an HVAC tech within the hour. (You couldn't even reach most other companies on the phone at that time). Dave diagnosed the problem and found the 20 year old primary heat exchanger was clogged and not economically repairable. We wanted to stay with Carrier, so Sencon couldn't quote on a new furnace. But Dave was very helpful advising me on my options, and other reliable contractors. These guys are straight shooters, and well qualified to handle your HVAC needs. I will keep them on my "goto" list for future needs.Services: Heating system maintenance“

“Very friendly people who run this company. I used them years ago for my heating oil and I'll never forget one time I needed my furnace restarted because I had ran out of oil. The people who came that night were husband and wife and the owners of the company. It was later in the evening and he went in my basement and got it restarted for me at no extra cost while I chatted with the woman. They were just so kind to me. Even after that when I would get oil delivered they would always ask if I needed my furnace started again. They're a great company. I would recommend them to anyone in Lancaster county. I recently moved back into the area and started using them again. They have come right away when I ran out of oil about a month ago. I was really impressed with how fast they came through for me. I will continue to use them for my heating oil.“

“Had original EH Gochnauer dishwasher installation team here one week ago. With first dishwashing cycle, there was a slow leak at the valve transitioning from original copper line to the new stainless steel line to the dishwasher. I called their after hours line, then dispatcher Liz on Monday. Due to the distance (about 90-100 miles) to our home, next plumber couldn't be here for a few days.1) Although given a 10:00 arrival time, the plumber called as he was running early, and on his way2) Plumber (Frank) easily found the problem ( bad valve) and installed a new valve and hooked up the water line to the dishwasher.3) he instructed me how to turn off the water main, drain the lines and re-establish all of these after his work was completed.I can easily give Frank and Liz the EH Gochnauer folks a 5 star rating and would have them back for future work, the only problem being the travel distance.Give them a call the next time you are looking to have HVAC and related work done.Service: Installation“

“We had recently moved to Lancaster and found several plumbing issues in our new appartment. We had the good fortune to be advised to contact Rose Brothers for help. Their help and service was prompt, competent and focused on repair of defective parts; only when our twelve year old water heater could no longer be repaired did they recommend a new unit.Bob and his son Blake removed the damaged heater and installed a new and better quality unit in a couple of hours.They left our apartment in a clean and functional state.
