“I have been a long time customer of Haller (over 18 years). I called Monday am to report a leaking water heater and the coordinator sent a technician to my house at 12:00 noon. Within five minutes Shane Kiefer diagnosed the leak and why the tank was leaking. I was hoping it could be repaired as the heater was less than five years old. Well long story short, Shane explained what happened and what he recommended. I ended up ordering a new water heater and a new water softener and whole house filter. Not that I wanted to spend that kind of money today but Shane explained all the options, benefits, costs and possibilities so completely that I knew it was the right decision for us.I want to commend Shane for his professionalism and timeliness of the entire process. By 6:00pm the entire job was complete and the site was all cleaned up. What a relief! Haller Enterprises was awesome!“

“Recently my Heat Pump died and I called Les Weaver for service. They came out and found a bad part but were told from their supplier the part wasn't available. I checked with other companies and I was told the same thing. The other companies were quick to want to sell me a new system. I was all ready to have a new system installed but Les Weaver was persistent and found the part. They came out and installed the new part and my system is working great. It's nice to know there is still a heating service company that will fix your system, if possible, instead of telling you ;It's shot, you need a new system. I could not be Happier with my experience with Les Weaver HVAC. I HIGHLY Recommend them!“
“James with Patriot Plumbing helped save our family a couple of thousand dollars. We had a branch and wire stuck in our sewer trap. We called another competing company, which was initially able to come sooner, but they could not get it out. We considered having $5k worth of work to dig 5ft down and replace the sewer trap. I called James to see if he would still be willing to come out and help. He came the following day and worked on fishing the items out to prevent us from having to dig up our backyard. After 40 minutes of patience and repeated attempts, he removed the items. We were thrilled and pleased with his service. We didn't feel pressured that James was trying to sell us on digging up our backyard like the other plumber had. James's employee also came to our home and installed a new toilet and was very professional and kind to my wife and kids.“

“Very friendly people who run this company. I used them years ago for my heating oil and I'll never forget one time I needed my furnace restarted because I had ran out of oil. The people who came that night were husband and wife and the owners of the company. It was later in the evening and he went in my basement and got it restarted for me at no extra cost while I chatted with the woman. They were just so kind to me. Even after that when I would get oil delivered they would always ask if I needed my furnace started again. They're a great company. I would recommend them to anyone in Lancaster county. I recently moved back into the area and started using them again. They have come right away when I ran out of oil about a month ago. I was really impressed with how fast they came through for me. I will continue to use them for my heating oil.“

“Had original EH Gochnauer dishwasher installation team here one week ago. With first dishwashing cycle, there was a slow leak at the valve transitioning from original copper line to the new stainless steel line to the dishwasher. I called their after hours line, then dispatcher Liz on Monday. Due to the distance (about 90-100 miles) to our home, next plumber couldn't be here for a few days.1) Although given a 10:00 arrival time, the plumber called as he was running early, and on his way2) Plumber (Frank) easily found the problem ( bad valve) and installed a new valve and hooked up the water line to the dishwasher.3) he instructed me how to turn off the water main, drain the lines and re-establish all of these after his work was completed.I can easily give Frank and Liz the EH Gochnauer folks a 5 star rating and would have them back for future work, the only problem being the travel distance.Give them a call the next time you are looking to have HVAC and related work done.Service: Installation“
