This weekend I had the need for emergency service as the furnace failed overnight and the inside temp was 59 degrees. Mark called me from the emergency service line within 20 minutes of my call. The man who installed it was very knowledgeable of the work he is doing, and has incredible hearing because he pin pointed to me where the pipe was leaking under the floor.
