“We've been having problems with our boiler pumps failing nearly once a year. Fagnelli recommended flushing the system to clear out any particles of rust or corrosion that might be fouling the pumps. They came out and did this very efficiently. Now time will tell whether that extends the life of pumps, which is what we expect. As usual, they are very courteous and pleasant, and very competent.“

“We called for a gas line removal and capping. I called at 1:22 and left a voicemail. He called me back at 1:31 asking when we needed service. He was at our house at 1:42. Less than 15 minutes later! I couldn't even believe it. He quickly looked at the pipe, let us know what needed to be done and completed the entire project within 20 minutes. He was super friendly and professional, he let us know if we have any problems or need anything else (we're doing a full kitchen renovation) to let him know. The cost was less than we expected to spend and we couldn't be more happy in the timely manner that this was done. I thought we'd have to wait days for someone to come out!
