I can't speak about the company in general since this was the first time I used them, but I can definitely state that Darren, our service tech, was as good as they get. Very competent, knowledgeable, thorough, and a great personality. Hang on to this guy.

Roto-Rooter did a great job. They were friendly, trustworthy, explained the issue and how to avoid future problems. Also the cost was reasonable with coupon provided. I’d definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any future plumbing problem.
