Bought a Lennox AC for my house in Peter’s Twp through Kowalski (April 2023). The unit itself worked but there was a valve/control unit installled near the coils (by the furnace) that just kept breaking and the AC would stop. Kowalski came out quickly each time it happened and replaced the part. After 3 times, they had the factory rep come out and meet them to go over everything and all agreed it was installed and working as expected. Eventually Kowalski came up with an alternate installation that bypassed the need for that control unit. That was late summer. Kowalski answered my call quickly, came the same day and fixed the minor issue instead of pushing me to just purchase a new furnace the way another company had done. I was so happy with their service and will call them again in the future and recommend them to my friends!

Jason, the owner, was confident and demonstrated an impressive mastery in handling the intricacies of an HVAC system in an older house.The technicians from Kowalski displayed a high level of skill and professionalism throughout the process.
