“This is one of the best places I've worked with for helping me with issues in the house. The person who I talked to on the phone and who came to my house was very professional, respectful, kind, and very helpful. He came very quickly on a Saturday when my heater stopped working. He showed me the problem with the heater and taught me a lot about how to fix the issue and even showed me where to buy the parts myself so I could save money. He answered all of my questions as well, very patiently. I wish I caught his name, but he was so practical and efficient I completely forgot to ask again. He even told me I could call him anytime if I wanted to do a video call to help me install the new valve on my own or if I needed him to come by again once I got the part. His instructions were really simple and easy to follow that I was able to easily swap out the old valve and connect the new one and get the heater back online. The cost for coming in on the weekend was also very reasonable compared to other places. I hope to use this place for my future repair needs in plumbing as well, as they seem to offer servicing for both plumbing and heating. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend to anyone.“
“The plumber was able to get 4 things finished highly recommend. However on lieu I took out an insurance w Home Serve. Don’t take. It was recommended by Duquesne light. Two idiots show up because a cartridge my husband changed and he couldn’t get the pin on. They said they only fix pipes. I said you’re f ing kidding me! There a pipe connected to the faucet. And ask them to leave not really in that way. . I cancelled everything and we had a the company HOME SERVE. CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINY. called Petrack. For what Dr Z wanted for ONE item Petrack fixed all 4! Thank you Ps. terrys plumbing is on Home serve too. Don’t use.“

“When the Drano don't work anymore, Call Proudfoot They were great called about a shower that would not drain anymore. 1'st off they were able to come the next day. 2'nd they did a few tests and found that it was more than just that 1 drain, so they needed to get a pump to work on the main line. Only took about 20 min to get it all set up and maybe an hour and a 1/2 to get it all finished and cleaned up. Hell I probably spent more on the Drano I poured in the drain over time than what they charged for the job. I will be sure to call them again.“

They answered the phone when I called and came to see the job soon after I called. They came the next morning and replaced the hot water tank and cleaned the vent pipes. I also asked them to replace her faucet and they replaced that the next day.Excellent service at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.“

The team, Dan & Heather, arrived early and had the job done in 45 minutes, even though additional drilling of the concrete floor had to be done.
