“Today I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent plumber Mr. Bobby Burkle. He was courteous and took great pride in his appearance as well as his work. He was attentive, patient and listened to all my plumbing problems. I was very impressed by his extensive knowledge. He offered me various solutions to address my plumbing issues. Mr. Burkle was able to open up my pipes in my dual utility sinks. I can now do my laundry without my tubs overflowing and having to mop the floor countless times. The Donnelly Company should be very proud to have such a conscientious and understanding employee to represent their company. “Jeremy did an excellent job of shutting off and sealing our gas line to our gas stove in preparation of changing to an electric stove. He showed us that it was sealed with both a sniffer test and a soap bubble test and he also properly reinforced the gas line standpipe.“

“My basement flooded Friday night and was able to schedule the next day for someone to come by. They called confirm the appointment Saturday morning. They came later than the window, but explained that there was an emergency situation. I was just happy that they communicated and still came. During the appointment, the technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He let me watch him work and explained the process as he was working. It rained for a short while during the appointment but Zach did a good job even with the impending storm. We ended up running into a problem he couldnt fix, but he gave me good resources and advice on next steps with contacting the city and also scheduling a meeting with more experienced consultants with zoom drain the following week. Overall a very good service, and would commend our technician Zach specifically for really good customer service“

He took the time to explain to me how my boiler actually works so I could understand it. He was on time and put on protective gear before entering my home. “Starting from the very first phone call to the scheduling of the work, Stacey was amazing! Such a professional with some great humor as well.

So we had an old oil furnace, AC and water heater replaced with a new high efficiency heat pump system. The team sowed up first thing in the morning, ripped out the old and put in the new IN ONE DAY!!!! Joe, Justin and the guys were very professional and worked non stop.

Before they left everything was cleaned up and they made sure everything was up and running to our satisfaction!
