“My basement flooded Friday night and was able to schedule the next day for someone to come by. They called confirm the appointment Saturday morning. They came later than the window, but explained that there was an emergency situation. I was just happy that they communicated and still came. During the appointment, the technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He let me watch him work and explained the process as he was working. It rained for a short while during the appointment but Zach did a good job even with the impending storm. We ended up running into a problem he couldnt fix, but he gave me good resources and advice on next steps with contacting the city and also scheduling a meeting with more experienced consultants with zoom drain the following week. Overall a very good service, and would commend our technician Zach specifically for really good customer service”

John was able to come out to my house right away and he found my issue (a leaking fitting) very quickly.<br><br>Everything was covered under warranty, I was sent videos and pictures explaining exactly what was done, and John was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I really appreciate how transparent Horizon is when it comes to showing people exactly what their issue is, and what it takes to fix it.<br><br>John S. really stands out as an excellent employee.”

“AC went down. Called Walsh had a friend that used to work for them. I tried to use Claude to diagnose the problem but I never got into HVAC. After looking at the easy stuff tripped breakers blown fuse. I couldn’t see the problem. Technician came out and took care of the problem. It was way above my skill set but an easy fix for the Tech. He was also very professional and explained the issue, the new part has a warranty. Very satisfied with the experience. I have an older system and was totally expecting to hear you need to replace it all. Thank goodness it didn’t come to that. Thank you Walsh for getting the old AC back up and going again!!”

All were reasonably priced and the process only took a few hours to remove and replace my old water heater.
