“Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.<br>Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.<br><br>They truly went above and beyond the call and i will 100% be using Goodman plumbing from here on out, I’ll also be requesting Zac and Brandon as they also were very kind to my extremely old cat, taking little moments to pet him as they passed by. It’s things like this that make me confident that i can put my trust in this company.<br><br>Amazing work across the board!<br><br>Edit: i rehired Zac and Brandon for another job, to fix my backyard drain that was flooding and clogging constantly, and as usual, they did an amazing job, were kind and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. “I noticed a small leak on the old pipe attached to my new water heater (which was also installed by Plumbing Pals). I called and they were able to send out someone quickly. Anthony & John came out today and were courteous and professional. I was probably annoying them because we had JUST replaced the basement floors the night before and I REALLY was worried about getting water on the floor. However, they we very understanding and receptive to my concerns. They fixed the pipe quickly and were in&out in no time at all. Very satisfied with their work & will continue to call for my plumbing needs.”

“i have used Grant & Sons Plumbing before for a tankless water heater installation and a whole-home water filtration setup, and the experience was great from start to finish. Recently, i had the tankless unit serviced, flushed, and the filters replaced, and shaun handled everything really well. he showed up right on time, asked if i had any questions, and got right to work in a professional and friendly way. During the visit, i also had a scale-reducing water filter added to help lower future maintenance on the tankless water heater. he installed it neatly beside the unit and did a very clean job, even though the space was tight. i watched part of the plumbing work, and it was clear he took pride in doing the install carefully and making sure everything fit properly. I also asked for help with a slow bathroom sink drain, and he took care of that too. the clog was cleared out successfully, and now the drain is working like new again. the whole service call felt thorough, efficient, and well done. great plumbing knowledge, strong customer care, and quality workmanship all around. highly recommend for water heater service, filter replacement, drain cleaning, and general plumbing needs.”
