So we had an old oil furnace, AC and water heater replaced with a new high efficiency heat pump system. The team sowed up first thing in the morning, ripped out the old and put in the new IN ONE DAY!!!! Joe, Justin and the guys were very professional and worked non stop.

“I noticed a small leak on the old pipe attached to my new water heater (which was also installed by Plumbing Pals). I called and they were able to send out someone quickly. Anthony & John came out today and were courteous and professional. I was probably annoying them because we had JUST replaced the basement floors the night before and I REALLY was worried about getting water on the floor. However, they we very understanding and receptive to my concerns. They fixed the pipe quickly and were in&out in no time at all. “My basement flooded Friday night and was able to schedule the next day for someone to come by. They called confirm the appointment Saturday morning. They came later than the window, but explained that there was an emergency situation. I was just happy that they communicated and still came. During the appointment, the technician, Zach, was very friendly and professional. He let me watch him work and explained the process as he was working. It rained for a short while during the appointment but Zach did a good job even with the impending storm. We ended up running into a problem he couldnt fix, but he gave me good resources and advice on next steps with contacting the city and also scheduling a meeting with more experienced consultants with zoom drain the following week. John was our technician and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! He explained everything he was doing and why. After the Gas leak was fixed, our water heater went and they came right back out and fixed that too! Highly recommend John!“

“Jeremy did an excellent job of shutting off and sealing our gas line to our gas stove in preparation of changing to an electric stove. He showed us that it was sealed with both a sniffer test and a soap bubble test and he also properly reinforced the gas line standpipe.“

Installation for new hvac furnace and a/c required due to malfunctioning old system (well, it was not old in years, but nonetheless was broken). Was finished by mid afternoon. Servicemen knowledgeable. Even when accidentally setting off smoke alarm, there was no panic !!!“
